Feeling better today for the first time in what felt like an eternity. I haven't had a cold this bad in a long time. I figured I would still stay home an extra day and try and get a run in on my treadmill. There was a voice in me that said you can do it and another voice that said you may regret this. I promised myself that I would listen to my body and only do what felt comfortable. I started out with a warm up walk and then started running. I did the 4 miles I was scheduled to run with one hill thrown in the mix and I felt great during and after the run. Tomorrow is my cross training day so I'm taking a Pilate's class and before that I'm going to do 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. Wednesday is my run 5 mile day with two hills.
My friend Gwen dropped off a ziploc bag full of tea the other day and this was in the assortment! Last night I went to the store and stocked up on some as this tea works amazingly well.
