I was feeling very nervous before this run. People were running with me and I wasn't sure I could complete the run. I had the feeling in my head that people were counting on me so there was no backing down! No matter what! Love this watch! I can count down from 5 minutes for my intervals and it beeps :-) Run/Walk partners in crime. Thank you ladies! It was a windy day! - I felt warm after the first mile or so. Post run - feeling great after 3.59 miles. No more butterflies! I could have kept running! For time I think we ran the route in 39 or 40mins (11min mile). I wasn't keeping close track of the actual start time. Note: I'll be celebrating with an early dinner - home cooked meal of fillet, mushrooms, 1/2 baked potato, and acorn squash. Then a fire, a few apps and a beer with Chris and painting my toes after the kids are in bed.
I'm starting this weight loss blog a year after my weight loss journey began. I'm a stay at home mom and I'm in the process of losing weight only this time I'm keeping it off!! There's no going back!
