Since my last post (two weigh ins ago) I've been working hard. I went on vacation for four days with my family and I lost weight! I lost a total of 4.8lbs in a span of two weeks. How did I manage to lose weight you ask? We'll this is what I did: I didn't eat very many of my 49 extra weekly Weight Watchers points and I cut back on my fruit intake. I was eating up to 7 servings of fruit a day because fruits are worth 0 points on Weight Watchers (the key to all this is I was eating when I wasn't hungry). The fruits I were eating were also high on the glycemic index (high in sugar/calories). Since then I allow myself three servings of fruit a day and I eat at least three servings of veggies a day. While on vacation I did some really cool things. I exercised in the hotel gym two mornings out of four and I made breakfast in the hotel room and made lunches for my family (for foods I had cereal, yogurt, milk, fruit, hummus, crackers, granola bars, bottled H2O, tuna
I'm starting this weight loss blog a year after my weight loss journey began. I'm a stay at home mom and I'm in the process of losing weight only this time I'm keeping it off!! There's no going back!
