What do I mean by toxic? People who bring you down and second guess your definition of success. Instead of cheering you on they sometimes try to sabotage your efforts or place doubt in your head. They are people who want to see you fail not because they hate you but because you really remind them of the choices they haven't made for themselves. You remind them of the fact they haven't made choices that lead to a healthier and happier self... and while the changes we make for our physical health are important they are but a small part of the big picture. Behind all the fat is where the real work lies and it self reflects on how we do or don't take care of ourselves physically.
