I stepped on the scale this past Monday and it said +2 lbs. I guess being resolute was a flop for me this past week. I used my extra points this weekend (my goal was to not use the extra points to get a loss this Monday) I'm trying a new strategy of eating less fruit per day. For those who are familiar with the new WW points system all fruits and veggies have a points value of zero (except for beans/legumes and avocado). As a result I've been eating at least 5 servings of fruit a day because I can :-) Hungry or not :-) My plan isn't just to cut back to three servings of fruit a day but to increase my green veggie consumption and veggies in general (I've kind of been cutting back on the veggies and overindulging with the fruit - high sugar fruit like bananas and mango's for example - like up to 7 servings when I figure in the apples, plums, peaches and I love watermelon too :-). For exercise my goal will be the same: Run 16miles per week with a minimum of 12
I'm starting this weight loss blog a year after my weight loss journey began. I'm a stay at home mom and I'm in the process of losing weight only this time I'm keeping it off!! There's no going back!
