Since my previous post I've written some thoughts out on note cards and placed them around the house. I can eat more than I should or I can choose to not put the weight back on. But I can’t do both. If you really aren’t hungry stop where you are and go do some self care. Have a glass of water and then go read something or paint your nails. What you put in your mouth in this moment can affect your future health for better or worse. Make the healthy choice. Try a new recipe this week for dinner, snack, and lunch. Don’t stuff it down with food. Talk or write about it. If you aren’t really hungry ask yourself why you want to eat and write about it. What do you tell yourself to get through your tough moments?
